Glenn Coleman
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Premier, Glenn Coleman is responsible for the company’s financial affairs, including strategic financial planning, internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial operations, tax compliance and planning, treasury services and investor relations. He also oversees Premier’s insurance management services division.
Coleman brings more than three decades of financial and industry expertise, as well as extensive experience managing public company financial planning, reporting and operations.
Prior to joining Premier in November 2024, Coleman served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Dentsply Sirona, where he was responsible for finance and information technology, and helped lead several key transformation initiatives, including a business restructuring which generated $200 million in savings.
Coleman has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Integra Lifesciences Holdings Corporation, leading operations and most of Integra’s talent force, including commercial, clinical, research and development, manufacturing, and quality functions. He also held the role of Integra’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the finance department, including accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, internal audit, tax, treasury, investor relations, and information technology, and the international commercial organization. During his eight years at Integra, Coleman completed 10 acquisitions, several divestitures and a spinoff of a business unit as a separate independent public company.
Coleman’s career has also included 25 years in financial management positions with leading global businesses, including Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent, after beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Coleman received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Montclair State University and has been a CPA for more than 30 years.
