Premier submitted comments in response to the Strategy on Reducing Regulatory and Administrative Burden Relating to the Use of Health IT and EHRs. Required by the 21st Century Cures Act, the report proposes strategies to ease regulatory and administrative burdens associated with the use of electronic health records and health information technology.
