Becker’s Hospital Review reports that a federal court vacated a 2013 Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) policy restricting how certain 340B hospitals purchase drugs, ruling the agency failed to adequately justify its decision. The case was brought by Premier Inc., which challenged the policy after HRSA declined to exempt its purchasing arrangement.
