Premier, Inc. Insurance Program Distributes $5.1 Million to Participating Member Hospitals
CHARLOTTE, NC (November 11, 2021) - Premier Insurance Management Services, a Premier, Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC) company, distributed $5.1 million in profit dividends with 64 hospitals and health systems who are active, qualifying insurance policyholders.
The profit-sharing program, operated jointly with the Safety National Casualty Corporation, returns a portion of policy year profits based on favorable program experience. Across more than two decades, the profit-sharing program has returned over $32.1 million to Premier member policyholders.
