Healthcare organizations are uniquely positioned to influence and take a more aggressive approach toward closing supplier diversity gaps within their supply chain to better reflect the communities they serve. Premier, Inc. and our members are determined to lead the charge.

Together, we are committed to driving equitable access to business opportunities and awards that result in the inclusion, growth and increased spend with diverse suppliers.

Now is the time for leading suppliers, providers and purchasing organizations to rethink and rapidly evolve our inclusion, award and development criteria. We believe that “rising tides lift all boats” and that all organizations in the supply chain must have aligned goals and objectives so our industry can successfully address these long-standing inequities across the nation.

To demonstrate our collective commitment to action, Premier has convened a member-led cohort to begin developing strategies to propel this important initiative.
