Premier submitted comments to the Departments of Labor, Treasury and Health and Human Services on proposed rules aimed at closing gaps in coverage for mental health and substance use disorder (MH/SUD) care by updating requirements related to the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA).
